Online Ordering

• •Orders placed through our website are confirmed upon submission. You will receive an order number for reference.
• •Online orders are paid securely by card at checkout, processed through Clover. In-store and phone orders are paid at pickup.
• •We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash at all locations.
• •Menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• •We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if items are unavailable.

Custom Cake Orders

• •All whole cake orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Slices are ready in 30 minutes.
• •Custom cake orders are available for pickup only at our Montclair and Ridgewood locations.
• •Cake designs, colors, and decorations may vary slightly from reference images due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
• •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• •Gluten-free, vegan, and specialty dietary options are available upon request.

Delivery

• •Delivery is offered through third-party partners including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and more (availability varies by location). Orders placed through those platforms are subject to their respective terms, fees, and delivery zones.
• •Delivery availability, pricing, and times are set by the delivery partner and may vary by location, order volume, or weather conditions.

Allergies & Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we offer gluten-free and vegan options, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform our staff of any allergies when placing your order.
